I started doing that just weirdly before I started to do calisthenics. Many of you know

what calisthenics is. It's like the gym, but like using your body weight as the weight

instead of like dumbbells and stuff like that. And that's really what I was doing just then.

It's really good for training to do a muscle up. It's really good because what you're doing is
